Processing Time

All artwork is carefully created, packaged, and prepared before shipment. Please allow 4–6 weeks for processing prior to shipping. This timeframe does not include transit time.

Because each piece is made with care and attention to detail, processing times may vary slightly depending on order volume or custom work. You will receive a confirmation once your order has shipped.

Shipping

We proudly ship both domestically and internationally.

Shipping rates and delivery timelines vary based on location and will be calculated at checkout. International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes required by their country.

Once your order is shipped, The Potter’s Wheel Designs is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our artwork and handmade process, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your artwork arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue so we can assist you.
